Vancouver, Canada based electronic whizz kids Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber
signed their ambient dance project Delerium to local independent label
Nettwerk Productions in 1994. Their new album 'Poem' contains all the
ingredients necessary to cross it over to the massive ambient pop audience
who have recently taken the likes of Moby and Dido (two obvious examples) to
their hearts. With mainstream production values that make the most of
strings, choirs, beats and (most importantly) consistently strong vocal
performances from a plethora of female (and one male) singers, 'Poem'
contains several potential singles yet still manages to retain the
underground electronic element that has always been at the heart of the
group's music. The album is in a digipak format that includes a FREE BONUS
DISC with Silence (DJ Tiësto's In Search Of Sunrise remix), Innocente (Mr
Sam's The Space Between Us remix), Heaven's Earth (Matt Darey remix),
Innocente (DJ Tiësto remix), Silence (Michael Woods remix), Terra Firma!
